PUBLICATION

Magazine Ceo Na Stair
This project involved designing and producing a full magazine in Adobe InDesign, titled Magazine Ceo Na Staire. The publication explored Ireland’s folklore and the landmarks connected to those stories, blending cultural narrative with visual storytelling. Using my own photography and illustration skills, I depicted mythic sites and symbols, creating a publication that feels both informative and atmospheric.
Beyond content creation, the project emphasized the fundamentals of layout design, typography, and publication structure. I experimented with grids, hierarchy, and pacing to guide readers through the magazine, ensuring each spread balanced imagery with text. The result was a cohesive publication that not only celebrated Ireland’s heritage but also demonstrated technical proficiency in editorial design

5 Enviro Issues of Today
This project challenged me to design a publication‑style infographic poster in Adobe InDesign, focusing on five key environmental issues. The goal was to communicate urgent topics in a way that was visually engaging yet easy to understand.
I combined illustration, photography, and typographic hierarchy to highlight each issue, using grids and layout principles to create flow and balance.
The design emphasized clarity, accessibility, and impact, showing how editorial techniques can transform complex information into
compelling visual storytelling.

Report Publication:
Table Formatting
This project focused on designing a professional report publication in Adobe InDesign, with an emphasis on table formatting, layout structure, and visual clarity. The goal was to transform dense information into a format that was both accessible and aesthetically engaging.
I applied principles of color theory, hierarchy, and grid systems to create layouts that balanced text, tables, and visuals. Special attention was given to table design, ensuring data was easy to read while maintaining consistency across the publication. The project also reinforced how thoughtful use of typography, spacing, and color can elevate a report from functional to visually pleasant and polished.
The final piece demonstrated how editorial design techniques can make complex information approachable, combining technical precision with creative presentation.
Report Structure
& Design
This project involved creating a structured environmental report in Adobe InDesign, with a focus on clear layout and visual design. The assignment emphasized the fundamentals of report structure, color theory, and visual balance, teaching how design choices can make complex information more engaging and accessible.
I integrated vector graphics, custom visual elements, and typographic hierarchy to highlight key sections, ensuring the report was both informative and visually pleasant. By experimenting with grids, spacing, and color palettes, the final publication demonstrated how thoughtful design can elevate a report into a polished, professional piece that communicates effectively while maintaining aesthetic appeal
